Darul Uloom Faizal Islam Arabic College:
This college was established in the year 1989 under the aegis of Faizul Islam Educational Trust®, Shirva. The aims and objectives of this institution are to provide Islamic teachings along with course of Memorization of the Holy Quran to groom the students of our community to graduate as Aalims and Haafizes. Al Hamdulillah, a large number of students has been graduated from this institution since inception and many of them are in the services of the religion and Ummah. From this year we have introduced the Basic Computer Courses as a compulsory subject for the benefit of all students.

Faizul Islam Fatima Lill Banath Arabic College
This institution was started in the year 2001 to provide Islamic Education to girls. Al Hamdulillah, a large number of girl students of the surrounding areas are in our roll and are being trained in the Reading of the Holy Quran with Meaning, Hadees, Deeniyath and Islamic culture in a befitting manner by efficient Aalimas. It is also our desire to provide Islamic Education to the girls of nearby villages and towns. Hence plans are under consideration to expand the current facilities of Madrasa in phased manner to convert it into a full pledged Residential Madrasa. Inshallah, we shall be providing school buses for the benefit of the students. Apart from Deeniyath girls and women will also be trained in computers, handicrafts and tailoring.

Faizul Islam Technical Institute:
This technical center was started in the year 2004 to provide Technical Training to the students of Madrasa who do not have the aptitude to continue their religious studies and to those Aalims and Haafizes who are willing to learn the technical trades and to the students of other Madrasas. Our main intention of providing Technical Training to these students is to make them self reliant in their lives. Also this institute is open to the local populace.

Faizul Islam Public School (English Medium School):
We are desirous of starting a school in Shirva where medium of teaching will be in English and first language will be Urdu and second language will be the state language Kannada. Urdu is being taught in many of the schools owned by the government of Karnataka all over the state, but parents are not willing to send their children to these schools because of the low standard of education. Hence, Urdu in these areas is slowly vanishing. Today majority of our young generation do not know how to read and write in Urdu. It is our moral responsibility to revive and strengthen this language and for this reason we want to introduce Urdu as first language. Urdu is successfully taught in few private English Medium Schools in other far away places. Along with modern education Islamic teaching, Reading of the Holy Quran and Hadees also will be taught.

Future plans:
1. Purchasing a piece of land adjoining to our campus for English medium school.
2. To construct a building for English medium school with furniture and fixtures.
3. Quarters to the staff of Madrasa and Technical Institute.
4. A guest house and a mini auditorium on the upper floor of the guest house.

Faizul Islam Educational Trust® is a well established and well known charitable organization with all its accounts are regularly audited & certified by the chartered accountants. We are maintaining such an accounting system wherein we classify funds according to its sources and applications. i.e.: Zakat fund, Atiya fund (donation), construction fund etc. To successfully run any project, sufficient fund have to be generated. A dedicated team is working to achieve its aims & objectives. The association needs the whole hearted support of all philanthropists and those who have similar objectives and goals.
